It is the season of chocolates and roses. Everywhere is decorated with balloons and hearts.
The history of Valentine's day traces back to early Christian martyrs who were ministering to Christians and were persecuted under the Roman Empire.
However, like many other cultural things, this was also morphed into a romantic holiday over time. Now today Valentine's day is celebrated by and for Lovers.
To be frank, love does not just mean sexual attraction but many things. It can be found in several simple yet meaning full acts that happen to us every day.
Here are 14 simple ways to find love this Valentine's day
❤ The fresh cup of coffee which wakes you up every morning, singing a song with its sweet aroma saying "This is a good day" is love.
❤ For me, the sight of stacks of books in a bookstore and the smell between the pages is love.
❤ I've seen strangers come to inappropriate websites to talk to someone. They come there for the sake of being listened to. To open up to a stranger who doesn't even know their real name.
So when my friend sits beside me on the beach sand and watches the sunset with me while I rant about "How screwed up my life is" without complaining -- That is love.
❤ The home-cooked meal mom packs, getting up early in the morning for me -- is love.
❤ In this "Running on rollerskates" lifestyle era, when someone finds time to sit and eat lunch with you, to chit-chat, gossip, or fangirl over the protagonist of your favorite story -- that is love.
❤ That one profession/job/career which keeps you up at night to work and wakes you up in the morning with much passion is love.
❤ The morning dew on the flower, the last slice of the leftover pizza, back hugs, forehead kisses.
❤ That one team member who makes working fun is Love.
